I haven't been sleeping well for the past week and a half. No matter what time I go to bed, I find myself waking up 3 to 4 hours later. Then I'm incredibly tired throughout the day, yet I still manage to fight off the urge to nap, that way I can get to bed early. However, when I finally get myself in bed again, I'm wide awake by 5 am and we repeat the process, only this time I'm even more tired. The task of falling asleep isn't coming easy either, I'm tired of just laying in bed wishing I was asleep. Just not tired enough to fall asleep, apparently.
