Anyone who is a fan of the literary arts probably has an issue with buying books faster than he or she can read them. I am no different and the drawbacks are obvious. Tonight, as I was organizing the bookfloor, I noticed several books that I had purchased brand new are now bargained priced. These were books that I purchased in a moment of tome temptation. Inevitably, I never got around to reading them as the list grew too large.
In lieu of this, I have decided to make a resolution that I will keep no longer than 2 weeks. I will not buy any books until I am actually ready to read them. . . or at least until they hit the bargain shelves.
